GWS Giants Ambassadors & Pie Night

A BIG THANK YOU

A big Thank You to GWS Giants Josh Kelly and James Stewart for attending the Blue Mountains Kangaroos BBQ ‘pie’ Night.

The kids were enthralled to have James and Josh going from team to team to meet the players, join in with some training drills, have a chat to the players, answering questions and sharing a bit of their expertise and insight. It was an experience the kids loved and will remember as part of their AFL years and is sure to inspire some future Giants players.

There are definitely a lot of new Josh Kelly and James Stewart fans around that will be eagerly watching for numbers 22 & 36 to run onto the field.

Josh and James really showed the BMKAFL players what it means to be a Giant, they were friendly courteous helpful gentlemen, true professionals dedicated to AFL. They do the sport and their club proud.

Again, BMKAFL thanks James and Josh, and the GWS Giants for having such fantastic community focused programs, such as the Junior Club Ambassador program (one of a kind), that gives and invests GWS Giants players time and effort into the youth and fans. In this the GWS Giants really do stand ‘head and shoulders’ above the rest and we, as a club and community, greatly appreciate the support.
